Seven Oaks Night is on Friday, February 3rd, from 3:30-8:30 pm; Grace Youth Ministries will hang out at Seven Oaks for skiing and snowboarding. We have secured a group rate of just $24 for a Fun Pass (rentals and lift tickets). Seven Oaks requires G.Y.M. to make a lump-sum payment for all our tickets to receive the special pricing. This means you need to pay G.Y.M. (NOT Seven Oaks) in the following ways:

Cash: You can send your student to Seven Oaks with money to give to a GYM Leader.

Check: You can send your student to Seven Oaks with a check made out to Grace Youth Ministries.

Seven Oaks will allow a Grace Youth Ministries leader to sign their waiver IF we have permission from the parent. Please use the form linked above to permit us. To be clear, if you pay online and allow us to sign the waiver, you are good to go. There's no need for anything else.

Scholarships: If you cannot afford to send your student, we would love to pay for them. Please fill out the form and choose the “Fun Pass Scholarship” payment option.
